¾ cup | Butterscotch Chips |
½ cup | Creamy Peanut Butter |
2 cups | Chow Mein Noodles |
add | Mini-Chocolate Eggs |
Directions
1. Melt the butterscotch chips and peanut butter on low heat. Continually stir until melted.
2. In a separate bowl, combine melted mixture with Chow Mein Noodles.
3. Scoop desired amount into 'nests' on a parchment paper lined pan. Top with mini-chocolate eggs. (The number of eggs depends on the size of your nests.)
4. Let cool completely
